A: The wait time for the pontoon shuttle service to and from the island resort is approximately every 10 - 15 minutes. The service is also available on emergency or immediate request .

A: Yes, the resort supplies life jackets (various sizes) to guests. Life jackets are mandatory wear on board our Pontoon boats for all of our guests including children and infants.

• For the safety of our guests and crew, it's imperative that guests wear the mandatory life jackets whilst on board our pontoon boats.


• Our pontoon boats will not set sail unless all passengers are safely seated and have been securely fastened with a life jacket.


• Passengers who have reservations regarding the use of the mandatory life jackets will not be permitted to board our boats.

A: Yes, you may bring your personal life jacket, but we don't deem it necessary. Our life jackets are of good quality, hygienic and meet the international standards for buoyancy. Should you decide to bring your own life jacket, it will be inspected onsite to determine if it meets the approved international standards for quality and buoyancy.
