Q: How secure is my vehicle in the Resort's car park?

A: The management of the resort endeavors to protect and secure your vehicle and its contents from damage and criminal activity whilst in its premises; however, you should bear in mind that the car park is a public area and is open to the general public.
We cannot guarantee that people will not enter into the Car Park and cause damage to property or engage in criminal behavior.

Q: How would I know that my vehicle can fit in my allocated private garage?

A: To be sure that your vehicle can fit into your allocated private garage, please check the length, width and height of your vehicle and match it with the standard dimensions of our lockable garage.

PLEASE NOTE:

The allocation of a private garage is a complimentary service. The management of the resort is not obliged to provide a personal lockable garage to guests whose vehicles do not meet our garage dimensions.

Q: How much should I pay for car parking?

A: Parking at the resort’s car park facility is a complimentary service including the use of the private garages and the use of tarpaulin(s).

Q: Will I be permitted to park my vehicle in the private garage if I don’t have a room reservation?

A: Guests who do not have a room reservation will not be allocated a private garage. The use of private garages are exclusive to resident guests. However guests on day excursions may park within the precincts of the gated compound. For added security, guests may request to have their vehicle(s) be covered with a tarpaulin. This service is offered free of charge.
